General Shipping Information
- All orders are subject to credit and address verification. For your protection,
all FedEx shipments require a customer signature upon delivery.
- You will be notified, via email, if the merchandise you have ordered is
not available for immediate shipment. If this is not acceptable, you may cancel
your order by calling 1-866-520-2001. Please have your order number ready
and a Customer Service Representative will assist you.
- For your protection, all orders must be shipped to the billing address only.
We apologize for any inconvenience.
Overnight Delivery
- FedEx Overnight delivery is only available on in-stock items, not requiring
ring sizing or personalization. Orders for overnight delivery must be placed
prior to 11:00 a.m., PST to be received on the next business day by 5:00 p.m.
FedEx Overnight delivery is not available for orders to Puerto Rico, Alaska,
Hawaii or on international orders. FedEx Overnight delivery is available in
most areas. Please contact FedEx at 1-800-GO-FEDEX (1-800-463-3339) if you
are not sure it is available.
Saturday Delivery
- FedEx Saturday delivery is not available in all areas. Please contact FedEx
at 1-800-GO-FedEx (800-463-3339) to find out if it's available in your area
before choosing it as your preferred shipping method. FedEx Saturday delivery
can only be chosen for in-stock items that do not require ring sizing or personalization.
Saturday delivery orders can only be placed on Thursday after 11:00 a.m.,
PST through Friday at 11:00 a.m., PST.
Returns
Goldrushltd.com is dedicated to delighting you with your jewelry purchase and
our services. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you
can return it within five (5) business days for a refund or exchange.
We have attempted to recreate the appearance of our jewelry as closely as possible
on GoldRushLtd.com, but the detail and color you see will depend on your monitor.
If you choose to ship your order back to us you are responsible for any shipping
and handling charges you might incur.
Returns are easy, here's how.
- Look on the back of your receipt/packing slip.
- Circle the items you are returning.
- Choose the reason for your return.
- Indicate whether it is an Exchange or Refund (You have five (5) business
days for an exchange).
- Call us for a "Return Authorization Number" at 1-866-520-2001
and the Customer Service Representative will give you the number. Write that
number on your shipping label (the upper left corner of the back of your receipt/packing
slip).
- Completely fill out the shipping label.
- Ship your merchandise via FedEx or Insured U.S. Mail to:

NOTE: We recommend using FedEx for all return shipping. These carriers
provide package tracking and proof of delivery to us. Insurance on FedEx or Insured
